We are blessed to have 3 beautiful and wonderful little girls. Each day with them is an exciting adventure in guiding them to be the beautiful and wonderful little women we know they will become.
She Said What?.....
Nat was being a great daddy and letting Natalie style his hair. She got it just right and says "There, now all the men will want to be you!" 7/11/09
Natalie is taking an enrichment class this summer and it's about Ancient Egypt. She was asking Nat about Egyptian gods and Nat mentioned that they believed in supernatural beings, which threw Natalie off and she replied "Why on earth would they think that! Beans don't have powers!" 6/12/09
We were checking in on Natalie and knew she was watching t.v. so we called out, "what are you watching?" Hope being very helpful said "she's watching t.v." Too true. 6/11/09
Hope comes royally down the stairs in just her panties. Nat asks her why she's naked and she tells him ... "because I took my clothes off." Well, that's how you get naked! 6/11/09
When we went to the zoo we saw a display of several primate skulls. Nat asked Hope what they were and she said "They are Woo-Ha-Ha-Ha's" Translation... the scene in some show she's seen (probably The Backyardigans) where a skull or ghost of some sort tries to scare someone with scarry laughter i.e. WooHaHaHa 5/31/09
Mimi got a hair cut that looked nothing like it was supposed to. Hope took one long look at her and said..."Mimi, what you do to youself?" Later after pondering the hair cut for a while Hope informed Mimi..."You look like Knit Knots." Knit Knots is a character on Disney's Imagination Movers. However, I can safely say Mimi doesn't look like Knit Knots, he has more hair. Love ya mom - it's all dad's fault anyway!

We were driving to pick up some take out and Natalie asked Nat if she could go in with him. Hope says "No Natalie you have to stay in the car." Natalie pauses a moment and then says "Hope, you are not my parent." Nat advised Natalie to remember that when she tries to tell Hope what to do. 5/16/2009
Hope to Daddy when he put away some toys she was playing with... "Why you got to wuin (translated- ruin) it!!" May 2009
Hope to Mommy when she wouldn't let her have a capri sun at bedtime..."You are in big twuble (translated - trouble)!! May 2009
Hope to Mommy when Mommy tells her "You're so cute." ... "Yes." May 2009
Natalie to Daddy when we hear a crash and Hope cry..."I didn't do it, I wasn't even in the room!" 4/5/09
Hope to Daddy when Mommy was going to paint fingernails..."Mommy is going to paint myself." 4/5/09
Hope to the hairstylist after her first haircut..."It's not bad, not bad at all." 4/4/09
